Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance Cash Drawer daily and follow cash-balancing guidelines.
• Process payments and deposits including mail-in items.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve questions about policies and products.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Comply with laws and regulations, including BSA and Patriot Act.
