Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with banking needs and reducing wait times.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming branch environment.
• Occasionally support nearby branches as needed.
