Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing banking needs
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen customer relationships
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks
• Keep work area clean and welcoming
• Support nearby branches as needed
