Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Teller in New Jersey to deliver exceptional customer service, handle daily transactions, and promote bank products. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

You will process deposits and withdrawals, assist customers with banking needs, and maintain accurate cash drawers while following all policies to prevent fraud.

Formación

• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to engage customers.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Keep the work area clean and welcoming.
• Support nearby branches as needed.
