• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch operations tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance and ensure AML/KYC compliance.
• Adhere to risk controls and applicable regulatory standards.
