• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Identify and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options.
• Assist with audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work area for customers.
• Support nearby branches as needed.
