• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Actively engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution; log all customer complaints.
• Transition identified sales opportunities and introduce appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance; perform AML/BSA/KYC activities.
• Adhere to compliance controls and audit points; promote the M&T Bank brand.
• Support risk management to reduce losses and prevent fraud.
