Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a retail teller to provide quality, accurate customer service in daily financial transactions. You will be the first contact for clients, assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments, and may refer customers to other bank areas to meet needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required and 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Not necessary to have certificates or licenses.
Background credit check required; comply with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

Handle a cash drawer with proper cash control and follow audit and security policies.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders).
Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM entries.
Assist in verification of deposits in the night and lobby depository.
Assist with dual control vault responsibilities.
Stay informed of updates to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
