Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a customer service–focused Teller to process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments in a retail banking environment at our Tennessee location, serving as the first point of contact for clients.

You will promote bank products, maintain high service standards, comply with audit and security policies, assist with ATM balancing and daily reconciliations, and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer and follow audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and ATM processing, including entries.
• Assist with vault responsibilities and compliance with current guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and refer clients to appropriate teams.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance client relationships.
