Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a teller to provide quality customer service and accurate processing of financial transactions at an onsite location. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions while maintaining cash controls and compliance.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent client experiences, endorsing bank products, and referring clients to the right team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer and follow audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and ATM processing and verification of deposits in night/lobby depository.
• Stay informed of operational updates to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate team.
• Promote bank products to enhance client relationships.
