Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a retail Teller to manage day-to-day cash transactions and provide friendly, accurate service to bank clients.

The role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and various teller duties while following security and audit procedures. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months of cash handling or teller experience, with strong math and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and accuracy in cash handling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper controls and follow audit and security procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions.
• Support vault and night depository processes and related controls.
• Provide excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
