First Horizon Bank is seeking a Customer Service Teller to provide quality financial transactions in a retail banking setting. You will be the first contact with clients, handle deposits and withdrawals, and promote bank products where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer and ensure proper cash control following audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions and entries.
• Assist with deposits in the night and lobby depository.
• Assist with vault responsibilities and compliance with current guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
• Promote bank products and refer clients to appropriate teams.
