First Horizon Bank is seeking a friendly teller to provide quality customer service in a retail banking environment. You will handle cash, process deposits and withdrawals, and support daily ATM balancing while ensuring compliance with policies.

You will also identify cross-selling opportunities, refer clients to appropriate teams, and help maintain strong client relationships through accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail essential.
• Excellent customer service and ability to refer clients to appropriate bank teams.

Responsabilités

• Handle a cash drawer with accurate balancing and adherence to audit procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Assist with processing of miscellaneous transactions and ATM balancing.
• Promote bank products and referrals to enhance client relationships.
