Job summary

Victra, Verizon's leading premium retailer in the United States, is hiring Sales Support Representatives. This part-time role focuses on giving world-class service and connecting guests with technology that matters, while supporting sales processes and product knowledge sharing.

You will help create an exceptional in-store experience, manage merchandising, and assist with high-traffic periods. Training is provided; flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds, stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.
