Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver standout customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Perform thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and suggest products and services.
• Build personal connections with guests and explain tech in simple terms.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
