Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States and is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and help create a memorable in-store experience while working 8 to 25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests authentically.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through excellent service.
• Create personal connections to simplify tech for guests.
• Assist the team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
