Ophelia, a United States-based healthcare startup, is seeking a part-time Technical Recruiter to lead hiring across software engineering, data, product management, and product design. This role is full cycle, focusing on sourcing top technical talent, building relationships with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to close great hires.

The position is approximately 20 hours per week and reports to Ophelia's Talent Acquisition Manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in-house or corporate.
• Well-networked with a strong candidate network.
• Proven success sourcing for complex tech roles (software, data, product, design).
• Motivated by helping hiring teams and candidates.
• Collaborative and agile team member.
• Highly organized with multiple searches.

Responsabilités

• Own Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting across software, data/analytics, product, and design.
• Source creatively with proactive strategies to find passive talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and nurture campaigns.
• Deliver a great candidate experience with transparency and respect.
• Design and refine interview plans with hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and processes.
• Use data to track pipeline health and inform decisions.
• Learn Ophelia's business and tech hiring preferences.
• Manage requisitions, candidate stages, and reporting in Greenhouse.
