Role Profile

We are looking for an experienced full-cycle recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-demand and varied recruiting challenge. You must have a proven track record identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent without relying on job postings and applicant flow. You will play a key role in coaching candidates and stakeholders through the recruitment process to ensure the best results for both.

You will

• Work in partnership with just a few of our clients, giving you the opportunity to really get to know their business and their hiring needs.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, working with them to define recruitment strategies and key objectives.
• Directly source and engage top-tier talent to fill a wide variety of professional roles.
• Create positive candidate experiences while nurturing future candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with our in-house creative and digital teams to build employer brands and digital attraction campaigns.
• Use data and reporting to advise stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and to drive hiring decisions.
• Provide weekly and ad-hoc updates to TA teams, hiring managers, leaders and business stakeholders as needed.
