Job summary

Clover Health is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for select technology teams in the US HealthTech space. You will partner with hiring managers to craft effective job descriptions, hiring plans and targeted sourcing strategies.

You will track pipeline and performance metrics, advise on roadblocks, and help raise Clover's talent brand through creative sourcing and data-driven decisions. A data-savvy, collaborative partner will thrive here.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a year in-house.
• Proven track record sourcing, assessing and pitching candidates with niche skills in US HealthTech.
• Strong accountability, ownership and ability to drive processes and decisions.
• Experience using data to influence hiring teams and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a subset of Clover's technology teams with hiring managers.
• Track, analyze and share pipeline data to support decisions and unblock hiring.
• Enhance Clover's talent brand and develop innovative sourcing to engage passive candidates.
• Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform search strategies and build trust with leaders.
• Serve as the first contact with candidates, effectively pitching Clover and the teams.
