Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a subset of our technology teams in a remote-capable role. You will partner with hiring managers to create strong job descriptions, interview plans, and sourcing strategies while leveraging data to optimize pipelines.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in technical recruitment, experience in HealthTech, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter with at least a year of in-house experience, preferably in a high growth HealthTech organization.
• Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and pitching candidates with niche skill sets and strong understanding of the US HealthTech space.
• High sense of accountability and ownership; you drive processes and facilitate good decision making.
• Experience leveraging Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn and AI tooling to develop job descriptions, hiring plans, and talent maps for unique and niche roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a subset of Clover's technology teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role scope and business needs to build job descriptions, interview plans and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with hiring teams and internal recruiting partners.
• Develop creative sourcing tactics to engage passive candidates and increase pipeline diversity.
• Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build trusted relationships with leaders.
