Reporting directly to our Technical Recruiting Manager, we are looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition ("TA") team and company. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of partnering with hiring teams and recruiters to attract top talent to their company's technical teams. This person will be an important contributor to our TA team and will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop sourcing strategies to find and attract the best technical talent.
The United States hourly base pay target ranges for this contract position are: $50-$65/hr.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective geographic zone. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation.
