Optery, a remote-first privacy-focused company, seeks a contract recruiter to scale our engineering, product, GTM, and ops talent. You will own end-to-end recruitment for complex tech roles, partnering with hiring managers, and refining our hiring processes for speed and quality. This 1099 contract starts at 20–30 hours/week for 3 months, with U.S.

remote hours across time zones. You will source via LinkedIn and other platforms, screen candidates, and manage interviews in Ashby.

Competenze

• Minimum 4+ years in recruiting for tech at startups or agencies.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar tools.
• Strong pipeline building and candidate screening abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
