Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking a Part-Time Team Leader at the SW Cary Parkway location to help run daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on support in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead a small team, assist customers with projects, stock shelves, and support merchandising while maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours weekly with flexibility up to 30 hours.
• Weekend availability required.
• Leadership mindset and willingness to motivate others.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find solutions for their projects.
• Lead and support associates during daily store operations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and product stocking.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and restocking.
• Train and encourage team members on customer service and store expectations.
• Help ensure store safety standards are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and manager-on-duty responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate company programs, promotions, and operational updates to associates.
• Work as part of a team to achieve store sales and operational goals.
