Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking a Part-Time Team Leader at the SW Cary Parkway location to help run daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on support in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead a small team, assist customers with projects, stock shelves, and support merchandising while maintaining safety and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and restocking.
• Train and encourage team members on customer service and store expectations.
• Help ensure store safety standards are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and manager-on-duty responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate company programs, promotions, and operational updates to associates.
• Work as part of a team to achieve store sales and operational goals.

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who have open availability, can work at least 12 hours per week (with the opportunity for up to 30 hours), and are available to work weekends. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and hands-on work in a retail setting. Retail or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

What You’ll Do
