Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) seeks a Team Leader to oversee store activities in the absence of management. The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage associates and daily operations in a dynamic retail environment.

The Team Leader will develop expertise in company culture, merchandising, inventory control, and store operations, guiding staff toward achieving budgeted goals and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and uphold CNRG’s Mission and Values in daily operations
• Provide aggressive customer service and exceed customer expectations
• Supervise other associates as assigned
• Maintain enthusiasm and motivate the team
• Communicate current programs and store procedures to staff
• Coordinate merchandise orders to match sales trends and customer demand
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Lead and train new associates in product knowledge and selling skills
• Ensure store appearance and stock areas are well-maintained
• Create merchandise displays to improve sales and shopping ease
• Collaborate with team to achieve budgeted goals
• Ensure store safety and address hazards promptly
• Complete price checks and changes in a timely manner
• Maintain forklift, DOT, gate, receiving and service desk certifications
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
