Job summary

Tecovas in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to support the store leadership team and deliver an unmatched customer experience. You will greet customers, sell products, manage cash wrap, restock, and keep the shop running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have strong selling skills, good organizational abilities, and a proactive, honest work ethic. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and available weekends, holidays, and 15–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable and able to commute to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Sell products with strong product knowledge and cash wrap duties.
• Receive shipments and prepare stock for floor placement.
• Plan, track and communicate in-transit shipment information to leadership.
• Maintain an efficient, organized stockroom for easy access.
• Assist in restocking to maintain stock levels.
• Demonstrate loss prevention through cycle counts and transfers.
• Share product knowledge through ongoing staff education.
• Assist in maintaining building facilities.
