Responsabilidades

• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Fosters strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to detail (branding, debossing, boot shaping, shines).
• Ensures omni-channel processes are applied to better service customers.
