Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC in Knoxville is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to help operate the park on busy evenings and weekends. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as needed to keep the park running smoothly and delivering WOW guest experiences.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach team members, manage shifts, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while supporting park operations and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide proactive, on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Rotate through key areas (Sales & Service, Parties & Events, Food & Beverage/Facilities) to maintain guest flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Oversee safety, opening/closing procedures, and park cleanliness during shifts.
