Job summary

Sky Zone, operated by CircusTrix, is seeking a part-time Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site, driving guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth park operations.

You’ll mentor teammates, grow membership, and oversee service excellence in a high-energy environment. Hourly pay is $16.00, with full-time benefits available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or entertainment is a plus.
• Comfort with technology and learning new platforms; reliable and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and smooth operations.
• Drive guest experience and sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain cleanliness and operational readiness across shift.
• Lead rotations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities to support park goals.
• Coach team members to maximize service quality and conversions, delivering Sky Zone WOW service.
