Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking a part‑time onsite Team Lead for Operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders are away.

The role emphasizes safety, guest experience, and team leadership, with weekend/evening availability required. Compensation is $18.89 per hour, with full‑time benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new platforms as needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is most alive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver WOW service and guest satisfaction across departments.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports to maintain safe operations.
• Oversee rotation through Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to maintain guest experiences and park flow.
