Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales goals by leading the sales floor and guiding staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and handling inquiries.
• Retrieve products from backroom or stock areas as needed.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive quality service and products.
• Support coaching and evaluation of employees to meet targets.
• Ensure merchandise is properly priced and displayed for optimal experience.
• Oversee tasks of sales associates, including cleaning and organizing product.
• Review inventory and sales records for management reports.
• Instruct staff on handling difficult sales scenarios.
