ASICS America Corporation in Sunrise, FL is seeking a part-time Team Leader (Key Holder) to supervise store operations in the absence of management. The role focuses on delivering a strong customer experience, driving sales, and supporting daily store functions.

The position requires retail experience, flexibility with schedules, and the ability to lead a team while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail experience; sporting or athletic industry experience preferred.
Ability to greet customers, answer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

Assist in achieving business results through leading the team and managing the sales floor.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries or complaints.
Retrieve product from backroom or top stock using provided equipment.
Monitor sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and product quality.
Support the Head Coach with training and evaluating employees to meet sales goals.
Examine merchandise to ensure it is priced and displayed for the best customer experience.
Oversee the work of sales associates and keep displays clean and organized.
Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management.
Instruct employees on handling difficult and complex sales.
