Tecovas in Louisville, KY is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to develop a high-performing team and manage store operations, product flow, and customer service. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff while ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Team Lead you will reinforce strong service standards, oversee visual and operational tasks, and support loss prevention while driving a premium in-store experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts touch-bases with direct reports.
• Deliver high-quality product services with attention to detail (branding, debossing, boot shaping) for premium customer experience.
• Understand OMNI Channel business and implement processes to service the customer.
• Share product knowledge; uphold stock-to-sales processes and store presentation.
• Maintain store structure, floor plan, fixtures and remediate restock standards.
• Adhere to loss prevention procedures and internal controls.
• Set clear objectives to ensure consistent store experience and standards.
• Encourage adaptability and lead the team toward a shared vision.
