Job summary

Tecovas in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to drive customer-focused store operations and lead a small team. You will support the Store Manager in recruiting, coaching, and maintaining performance standards while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience and premium product service.

Key responsibilities include talent development, maintaining store culture, and managing stock flow, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

2+ years Retail Management experience.
Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts touch-bases with direct reports.
Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection and delivers extraordinary service.
Delivers high-quality product services with attention to branding, debossing, and upkeeping store standards.
