Job summary

GALLO's Louis M. Martini winery is seeking a Part Time Tasting Room Representative to welcome guests, present wines, and engage in thoughtful conversations about our wines, winemaking techniques, winery history, and vintages.

You will help prepare the space, process purchases, stock merchandise, and support hospitality events. This role requires weekend availability, physical tasks, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach in a busy visitor center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in tasting rooms, customer service, retail sales, wine industry, hospitality, or teaching/educating others is a plus.
• Must be 21+ and able to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Able to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present wines with engaging conversations about winemaking techniques and vintages.
• Assist with daily tasting room operations: set up/close, process purchases, stock merchandise, and support events.
• Represent the brand professionally and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards in the visitor center.
