Louis M. Martini Winery is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Representative to create a welcoming, informative experience for guests. You will connect with visitors through thoughtful service and engaging product conversations about wines, winemaking, and vintages.

You’ll support daily tasting room operations, help with opening/closing, and assist with hospitality events. The role emphasizes professionalism and a team-oriented, detail-focused environment in our visitor center.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent plus wine industry and hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Comfort with reading and writing simple instructions and memos.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily tasting room operations including opening and closing setup.
• Process purchases and orders and stock merchandise.
• Maintain inventory and assist with hospitality events.
• Keep tasting room clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Represent the brand professionally and engage with guests.
