Job summary

Tasting Room Expo is seeking up to four part-time Guest Hosts to guide visitors through tasting room and vineyard experiences at our Napa-area locations. Ideal candidates are flexible, able to handle short-notice shifts, and comfortable with commissions on sales and wine club signups.

Hosts will perform tastings, manage reservations, process orders, and contribute to a memorable guest experience. Must be 21+, fluent in English, and proficient with winery POS software.

Qualifications

• Experience in a winery, events space, retail, or wine-focused hospitality.
• RBS certification required (Responsible Beverage Service).
• 21+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with winery POS systems and basic office tools (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fun, educational and personalized tasting experience.
• Drive wine sales and wine club signups.
• Handle tasting room POS sales, reservations, shipping and reporting with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Wine Club manager and ownership for guest experiences.
• Record guest notes in POS after each visit.
• Maintain clean and organized tasting room and inventory weekly.
• Assist with special guest events as requested by ownership.
• Provide images/videos for social media and advertising content as requested.
