Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Remote Recruiter to support its Supply Chain Solutions division, leading sourcing and attraction of high-impact leaders. You’ll drive full recruitment lifecycle and partner with leaders to secure top talent for the organization.

As a Recruiter II, you’ll build strong relationships with agencies and HR partners, ensuring compliant, efficient staffing and delivering world-class recruiting services across roles and levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum four years in recruiting or related area.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops relationships with agencies and internal HR partners to ensure service levels.
• Manages staffing issues of moderate scope with data-driven analysis.
• Ensures compliance with recruiting laws and practices.
• Promotes Ryder as an employer of choice.
