AWL Automation is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support talent acquisition for regular, temporary, and other positions. You will post jobs, outreach to candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process.

You will build pipelines across job boards, social networks, and partners, coordinate events, and help promote the company employer brand while maintaining confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred in HR, business, communications or related field.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service or admin with ability to support multiple vacancies.

Responsabilités

• Support full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up.
• Build candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, databases, and outreach.
• Coordinate career fairs and outreach events; manage relationships with partners and agencies.
• Review applications, respond to applicants, maintain recruiting records and update hiring managers.
• Analyze recruiting activity and report on progress; support new-hire orientation or training as requested.
