Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum three years recruiting professional or white-collar roles.
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates.
• Proven success building talent pipelines through digital sourcing.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel for events and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from requisition through accepted offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
• Develop recruitment and sourcing strategies for current and future needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and networks.
• Screen applicants, interview, and coordinate with managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Maintain relationships with candidates even when no immediate role.
• Collaborate with Branding & Promotions to promote employer brand.
• Maintain recruiting data across systems and monitor metrics.
• Suggest improvements to processes and candidate experience.
• Represent Hurley & Associates at career fairs and events.
• Travel periodically for events, training, and business needs.
