Responsibilities

• Prepare class materials and review lesson themes to set learners up for success.
• Teach 4 swimmers per 30-minute class within a 4-hour shift using a proven curriculum.
• Communicate progress and celebrate accomplishments with parents at class end.
• Lifeguard and supervise lessons as requested or needed.
