Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Swim Instructor to teach water safety and swimming techniques using our curriculum. You will work under the Deck Supervisor and support a fun, educational environment in our pool facility.

The role offers flexible shifts suitable for students or extra hours, with opportunities for growth as we expand. Training is provided, and you’ll play a key part in helping children achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two+ years as a swimming instructor required.
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides swim instruction based on Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Enforces safety rules and provides first aid when needed.
• Evaluates student progress and completes required paperwork promptly.
• Communicates with parents/guardians about student development.
• Acts as an ambassador to ensure parental satisfaction.
