Job summary

Foss Swim School is seeking part-time Swim Teachers who do more than teach swimming; they help students build confidence and lifelong water safety skills. With paid training and ongoing support, you’ll develop the skills to succeed in the water.

Schedule includes weekday evenings and weekend availability, with a minimum of 10–12 hours per week and typically 3 shifts. Additional training can raise your base pay, and weekend shifts offer extra pay.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment where students build confidence and lifelong water safety skills.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates through clear communication and collaboration.
• Adapt lessons to individual student needs while maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Bring a positive, reliable, and professional attitude to every lesson.
• Enjoy working with children and helping others succeed.
