Job summary

Foss Swim School (FOSS) is hiring Swim Teachers for a part-time, year-round role. You will lead lessons, help students build confidence and water-safety skills, and receive paid training and ongoing support to grow with the team.

Schedule includes weekday evenings and weekend shifts with a minimum 10–12 hours per week, typically 3 shifts. Compensation starts at $19/hour, with weekend boosts of +$3/hour, substitute shifts +$1/hour, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around a warm indoor pool.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment and foster water-safety skills.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates.
