Foss Swim School is hiring Swim Teachers to help students build confidence and lifelong water safety skills. With paid training and ongoing support, you’ll grow your abilities in the water.

This part-time, year-round role starts at $19.50 per hour, with weekend shifts adding $3/hour and quarterly bonuses; expect 10–12 hours weekly across about 3 shifts in the evenings and weekends. Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Weekday evenings and weekend availability.
• Part-time, year-round: minimum 10–12 hours per week, typically 3 shifts.

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates.
• Adapt lessons to individual student needs while maintaining safety.
