Job summary

Foss Swim School is seeking friendly part-time Swim Teachers to join our team. Part-time, year-round: minimum 10-12 hours per week; typically 3 shifts; weekday evenings around 3:45pm and weekend shifts.

Join a program dedicated to building confidence and lifelong water safety in students. Starting pay is $19.00/hour with opportunities to increase through training; weekend shifts add +$3/hour; substitute shifts add +$1/hour, plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Part-time availability: minimum 10-12 hours per week.
• Comfortable around a warm indoor pool environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1-4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment focused on progress and water safety.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates.
