Job summary

Foss Swim School is seeking part-time Swim Teachers to help students build confidence and lifelong water safety skills. You will receive paid training and ongoing support to grow with our team, with evening and weekend shifts around 3:45 pm and a minimum 10–12 hours per week.

Starting pay is $19.00/hour, with opportunities to increase pay through training plus weekend shifts (+$3/hour) and quarterly bonuses. Join a team that values relationships and continuous growth in aquatics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work around a warm indoor pool.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment to build confidence and water safety.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates.
• Adapt lessons to individual student needs while maintaining safety.
• Bring a positive, reliable, professional attitude to every lesson.
• Enjoy working with children and helping others succeed.
