Job summary

Foss Swim School is seeking a part-time Swim Teacher in the United States. You will teach swimming to students, using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum, foster a safe and encouraging learning environment, and build lasting relationships with families and teammates.

The role offers paid training, weekend and evening shifts, and opportunities for pay increases through additional training and bonuses. Prioritize safety, engagement, and growth for every student.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warm indoor pool.
• Willing to teach and interact with children.
• Ability to adapt lessons for individual students.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment and build confidence in water safety.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates.
• Adapt lessons to each student’s needs while maintaining safety.
• Bring a reliable, professional attitude to every lesson and be enthusiastic about helping others.
