Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager in running the front end and sales floor. You will drive customer engagement, lead associates, and model Five Below values while ensuring swift checkouts, clean stores, and a positive shopping experience.

As a manager-on-duty capable leader, you will help drive KPIs, coach staff, and maintain SOPs across daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and service.
• Lead front end operations and assist with duties of the Manager on Duty.
• Train staff on customer service standards and SOPs.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout and store cleanliness.
• Assist in payroll, merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Open and close store procedures and supervise associates.
