Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to assist with front-end operations, lead sales associates, and ensure excellent customer service under the Store Manager/Leader's guidance. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash, and maintain a high-energy, WOW customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and daily store performance with a focus on team development and operational excellence at the Brunswick location.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensures all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact with customers
• Responsible for achieving CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager
• Leading Front End Operations
• Training staff on the High Fives of Customer Service
• Ensures guests have a fast, friendly checkout
• Maintaining store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers
• Opening and closing store procedures
• Assisting with Front End Operations
• Performing SM duties in their absence
• Coaching and developing all Associates
• Drives store sales and controls expenses
